Authorized
Shares
Authorized
Shares - the total
number of all shares that your corporation is authorized but not required
to issue. For example, your corporation may have a thousand authorized
shares but issue just one share and have one shareholder only. A small
number of authorized shares restricts your corporate abilities to attract
additional shareholders (additional capital). A large number of authorized
shares is able to increase your State Corporate Franchise Taxes
Par
Value is the

issue. There are no restrictions on the maximum dollar value of each
