The Confidential Relationships Act, 1985 stipulates considerable fines or imprisonment of 12 months for a person divulging confidential information, especially in the case of a corporation. There is no public access to any information about a company but under a Nevis High Court order since there is no statutory requirement to report beneficial ownership.

 

Currency Exchange Control

No exchange controls for corporations and individuals.

 

Transfer of funds

There are no controls on transfers of funds. The Government of Nevis guarantees the free transfers of profits and repatriation of capital.
