It's a
very useful document. Most
banks require the Certificate
of Good Standing for opening a
corporate bank account. If the
Certificate
of Good Standing is legalized with Apostille,
no additional legalization of the document by the embassy or consulate of
the foreign country where the document will be used is required. You
