annual fee for Nominee Director payable from the second year is $440.00.
Nominee Director is optional. If you do not need Nominee Director and would like to

we will appoint Nominee Director for your company.
Please
be advised that information about directors, officers and shareholders of BVI
companies is not filed with the BVI government and not available to the
public. Therefore, in most cases it's preferable to be appointed as
Director, President, Secretary and Treasurer of your BVI offshore company. It simplifies dealing with
banks, suppliers and customers and makes the annual fee considerably
cheaper.

Barclays
branch is located in Douglas, Isle of Man (about 60 km west
of England).
The
bank offers excellent online banking features:
