Please
be advised that information about managers and members of Nevis LLC is not filed with the Nevis government and not available to the
public. Therefore, in most cases it's preferable to be appointed as
Manager of your Nevis offshore company. It simplifies dealing with
banks, suppliers and customers and makes the annual fee considerably
cheaper.
