Annual Fee
Each offshore and US company must pay the annual fee
every year starting from the second year after the year of incorporation
(formation).
The Annual
Renewal Fee includes:

Registered Agent and Registered Office Fees. |
When a company passes the due date, it lose its good
standing immediately. As a result, such company is not able to obtain the
Certificate of Good Standing or any other documents confirming its legal
existence.
Those clients, who
do not pay the annual fees, lose their offshore companies. All unpaid
companies are removed from local registries in about 6 months after
the due date. When a company is removed from the Registry it ends
its legal existence and can not hold bank accounts and conduct
business.
A & P Intertrust Corporation collects annual fees
from its clients according to the schedule listed below, makes required
filings and payments to the local governments, and maintains local
registered agents and registered offices.
