* Please be advised the first year could be more or less that 365 days. The above services and Power of Attorney are always valid until the payment due date of the government annual renewal fee and need to be renewed at the same time, when an offshore company is renewed.

For example, if a Belize company is incorporated in January of the current year, the above services and the first Power of Attorney will be valid until July 31 of the next year (about 18 months). If a Belize company is incorporated in December of the current year, the above services and first Power of Attorney will be valid until July 31 of the next year (about 7 months).

The second and all following years are equal to 365 days.
