Extra-Provincial
Registration in Ontario
According to a mandatory requirement of the Ontario
government, every
federal corporation is required to be registered in Ontario as Extra-Provincial
Corporation within 60 days from starting business in Ontario.
If a corporation has its registered office address in
Ontario, it has to be registered in Ontario in 60 days from the date of
incorporation.
