Registration
GST
Account - required if you gross sales exceed $30,000 in a
single calendar quarter or in four consecutive calendar quarters. You can
register for GST/HST voluntary from the date of incorporation or business
registration. In this case you will be able to claim GST paid on your expenses
from the date of incorporation/registration.
If
you ordered our GST registration services and also need other federal program registration, just place your request
in the order form's field "Any additional information". We will
complete and send you all forms required for the registration.

Federal programs:
Payroll
Deductions Account - required if your corporation, sole proprietorship
or partnership hires employees.
Import/Export
Account - required if your corporation, sole proprietorship or
partnership will be involved in import/export business activities. You are
required to have this account for customs clearance of imported and
exported goods. If your business is involved in export only, you need an
export number for shipments valued at more than $2,000, if they are
destined to a country other than the United States.
