(Vendor Permit) Registration
- required if your corporation, sole proprietorship or partnership will
sell taxable goods to consumers (not to resellers). For example, a retail
store needs to get Vendor Permit to be able to sale PST taxable goods to the
public.

Health Tax Registration -
required if your corporation,

hires employees and your annual total Ontario remuneration (total payments
to your employees) exceeds CA$400,000.
Workplace
Safety and Insurance Board Registration
- required for corporation,
sole proprietorship and partnership
in Ontario that employ employees (including family members and
sub-contractors) within 10 days of hiring their first full- or part-time
employee. Registering with the WSIB provides workplace insurance coverage
for all of your employees and gives you access to experts in health and
safety for your business sector.
