To
maintain a good status of corporations corporate directors must file changes
of corporate information with the government in 15 days from date of
change. It's a mandatory government requirement.
Our Corporate
Support Program keeps corporate information of our clients
constantly updated.
In
case of any changes of corporate information (office address, corporate
name, directors addresses, number of directors, etc.) participants of
the program just need to send us information about
changes.

prepares
all required forms and files them with the government (when required) for
