Annual Renewal Fee
All companies are required to pay annual renewal fees, commencing the following year after the year of incorporation (formation).
The Annual Renewal Fee includes:
Our company maintains local registered agents and registered offices for all offshore and US companies of our clients. We collect clients annual renewal payments according to the schedule listed below, make required annual filings and payments to the local governments. As a result, our clients companies are always in good standing.
If a client does not pay the annual fee by the due date, his company loses its good standing. Such client is not able to obtain the Certificate of Good Standing or any other documents confirming legal existence of his company.
In 6 months after the due date names of non-renewed companies are struck off the Register of Companies. Non-renewed companies may not conduct any business thereafter.
Please be aware, the fact that a company struck off the Register does not prevent the company from incurring liabilities, or any creditors from making a claim against the company, and does not affect the liability of any of its members, directors and officers. Therefore, when you do not need your company, you should dissolve it.
