Pre-search - we check your proposed name against exact matches with existing names.
Evaluation - we evaluate chances of your name to be accepted by the government department.
Pre-search and evaluation of alternative names - if your first proposed name is not available, we pre-search and evaluate up to three alternative names.

Services included in the NUANS® Report (Complete) allow our clients to find an unique name and get NUANS® Report for the name, which has good chances to be accepted by the government.

NUANS® Report (Basic) may be ordered if you have searched your proposed name thoroughly through Internet, Yellow Pages and other available sources and are confident that the name is unique. Otherwise, you should order NUANS® Report (Complete).

NUANS® Report is valid for incorporation within 90 days from the date of the Report. Our company is able to incorporate your corporation in 30 minutes to 1 business day.

For numbered (no name) corporations NUANS® Reports are not required.
